Job summary

Atria Health Institute is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to deliver personalized care to pediatric members both in home visits and at the institute. You will collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to provide preventive and urgent care, perform vaccines, phlebotomy, IV placement, and point-of-care testing as part of a team-based approach.

Qualifications

• New York RN license required.
• 2+ years RN experience with phlebotomy and IV placement.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to member home visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pediatricians and advanced care practitioners to provide preventive, primary and urgent care to members at home and in the institute.
• Provide highly personalized nursing care for pediatric patients and build strong relationships with members.
• Perform minor procedures such as vaccinations, phlebotomy, and IV placement under a provider's direction.
• Perform point-of-care testing in the home (rapid Covid, flu, strep).
• Collect and process samples using institute lab equipment.
• Prepare visit summaries and required forms for members.
