Qualifications

• 12 months of pediatric RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally effective care.
• Gathers assessment data to determine plan of care and share with care team.
• Collaborates with patient, family and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Develops and revises the plan of care with the care team.
• Documents evaluation of nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Demonstrates safe hand-off practices and effective communication.
