Job summary

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks a professional Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Progressive Care Unit. The role emphasizes advanced beginner to expert nursing practice, family-centered care, and RN leadership in patient care across the continuum.

You will deliver evidence-based nursing, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, teach patients and families, and participate in rounds and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• At least 1 year RN experience required.
• PA/NJ RN licenses required upon hire or state licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Follows the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate care.
