Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Tennessee RN license and graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers clinical data and documents in the patient chart to track treatment and vitals.
• Notifies physician of patient status and administers CPR if needed.
• Triage patients via face-to-face encounters, calls, and My Health messages; coordinate with providers.
• Administers medications and documents correctly; follows dosage guidelines.
• Conducts CLIA-waived tests as ordered and handles specimens per protocol.
• Operates and maintains care equipment used in patient treatment.
• Assists physicians with patient encounters, education, labs, and procedures.
• Maintains patient care quality, discharges instructions, and ensures patient understanding.
