• Demonstrates respect for patient rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice and information technologies while focusing on comfort, pain relief, and reducing anxiety.
• Follows TMH policies, procedures, and Florida Nurse Practice Act requirements.
• Supports TMH mission and ICARE values (integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, excellence) daily.
