Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one home care for a 9-year-old pediatric patient in Cary, IL. The role offers a schedule of evenings, weekly pay, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The position requires an active Illinois RN license, BLS, health certification, and the ability to perform G-tube care. Training is provided to build clinical skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current Health Certificate (per state regulations)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• One year of nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform G-tube care as needed
• Educate and support the patient and family
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
