Job summary

Skills Alliance seeks a dedicated Pediatric RN to deliver high-quality care to children in their Chicago clinic. This contract role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with close collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical operations teams.

You will educate families, advocate for patients, and participate in ongoing improvements to pediatric practices. On-site role with flexible hours, initial 1-year term, with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Background in clinical operations within healthcare settings.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Competence in care planning, implementation, and evaluation for pediatric patients.
• Knowledge of evidence-based pediatric nursing practice and patient safety standards.
• Ability to educate and support families regarding treatment plans and home care.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities
