Holy Cross Hospital - Davis seeks a Registered Nurse dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families, while advancing high-quality nursing practice.

In this role you will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families in alignment with the nursing process and state Nurse

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patients’ health, safety, rights, and education needs of patients and families.
