Qualifications

• BSN required and Ohio RN license active.
• Minimum three years of pediatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing and UAP staff in patient care, documentation, staffing and clinical competencies.
• Serves as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation and skills.
• Assists training and development of staff, including performance appraisal.
• Supervises clinical operations and explains the link between clinical and financial outcomes.
• Maintains safety and quality priorities, conducts audits, and reports updates to staff.
