Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience, required.
• BSN, preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing and UAP staff in documentation, patient care, staffing, and clinical competencies.
• Serves as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills.
• Assists in training and development of staff, including performance appraisal.
• Supervises clinical operations and communicates the importance of clinical and financial management.
