Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Methodist Physicians Clinic - Westroads location. Shift: 8am–5pm, 16 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, with patient care coordination and education responsibilities.

The RN will monitor, record and report changes in patient conditions, prepare and assist with exams, provide patient and family education, and support care continuity through careful documentation and communication with the health team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license and compact multistate license where applicable.
• BLS/ACLS certifications preferred and required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with providers.
• Handle phlebotomy and medication-related tasks per clinic protocol.
