Job summary

Atrius Health in Peabody, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pediatrics. You will deliver patient care, educate families, and support care transitions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include medication administration, chronic disease management, and EMR documentation. A MA RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• EMR experience and/or aptitude to master EMR based on other technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions.
• Deliver patient care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management.
• Conduct telephone triage, elevate concerns appropriately, and support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and manage acute conditions during patient visits, ensuring timely documentation in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and uphold high standards of patient service and safety.
