Qualifications

• Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain in a timely fashion.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong assessment skills, especially over the phone.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven and demonstrated critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care and outcomes.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Triage calls from patients/caregivers and provide appropriate guidance.
• Provide patient education and referrals when needed.
• Coordinate patient care with scheduling, prescriptions, and billing.
