Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center's Division of Rheumatology seeks a full-time physician-scientist at the Assistant Professor level to lead development of an Integrated Multidisciplinary Pediatric Autoimmunity and Cell Therapy Center.

The role combines patient care and a strong translational research focus, with collaboration across Immunology, BMT, Nephrology, and Pulmonology to expand pediatric CAR T cell therapy expertise and train residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD or MD, PhD required.
• Board-certified pediatric rheumatologist with clinical and research background.
• Substantial experience in basic and translational immunology research.
• Demonstrated mentorship and research training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient pediatric rheumatology consultations.
• Perform inpatient rheumatology consultations when on call.
• Lead laboratory-based translational immunology research.
• Mentor trainees and coordinate multidisciplinary collaborations.
