Job description

CHOC Specialists is a private pediatric subspecialty group practicing at CHOC Children’s, a premier Orange County healthcare system devoted to children’s health through clinical care, advocacy, outreach, education, and research.

The Rheumatology division is established, busy, and positioned for growth. You will join three board-certified pediatric rheumatology colleagues and step into a service with room to expand care, engage in teaching, and contribute to clinical research.

Scope & Impact

The Pediatric Rheumatologist will provide the full range of pediatric rheumatology services and participate in a shared call arrangement with the division’s three current board-certified physicians.

The role includes a busy clinical service, opportunities to teach through CHOC Children’s Hospital’s pediatric residency training program, and the ability to pursue clinical research supported by CHOC’s affiliation with the UC Irvine School of Medicine.

Beyond individual patient care, this physician will contribute to a system committed to training future pediatric leaders and advancing care through education, research, advocacy, outreach.
