Home of the Innocents in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to care for medically complex pediatric residents at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. You’ll manage ventilators, administer therapies, and collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver high-quality care.

This role blends clinical excellence with community engagement, including outings and supportive relationships. Self-scheduling is offered to support work-life balance, with day shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky
• NBRC certification
• Active BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for pediatric residents with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer treatments and manage ventilators
• Perform pulmonary procedures to improve residents' quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in Pulmonary Rounds
