Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school for respiratory care.
• RRT credential per NBRC is required.
• Licensed to practice respiratory care by the Texas Medical Board.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage respiratory care and provide direct patient care and assessments.
• Coordinate respiratory care plans and interventions for patients.
• Assist the Respiratory Clinical Manager in staff and family education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
