************ Sign-on Bonus $10,000.00 ************
Provides direct patient care, pulmonary care, and respiratory equipment management to patients of JHCH in the home care setting in accordance with JCAHO, state, and departmental standards. Provides care to adults of all ages, children, and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior R.T. regarding performance, productivity, documentation, and patient care issues. Develops and maintains knowledge of regulations and agency policies.
Salary Range: Minimum $28.29 per hour - Maximum $49.79 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls.
