Phoenix Children’s is seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Manager to lead Respiratory Therapy operations at our Arrowhead Campus in Glendale. This leadership role focuses on day-to-day operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering high-quality pediatric respiratory care across the campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Respiratory Therapy experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading Respiratory Therapy teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong pediatric and critical care respiratory therapy background.
• Demonstrated experience with staffing, workforce management, and team development.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and locations.

• Lead daily Respiratory Care operations and staff at the Arrowhead Campus.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the Respiratory Therapy float team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
