Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a full-time Rehab Aide. This onsite role supports therapists, lifts and moves patients, and ensures a clean, organized clinical area on a 40-hour week with benefits from day one.

You will participate in team meetings, assist with front desk tasks as needed, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a busy rehabilitation setting on Cape Cod.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in rehab/therapy support preferred.
• Good physical strength and ability to assist lifting/moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for treatment by therapist.
• Assists therapists during therapy sessions.
• Participates in team meetings.
• Transports patients safely and timely.
• Maintains equipment and work area in clean condition.
• Occasionally covers front desk duties (scheduling, check-ins, phones).
• Conducts monthly inventory.
• Creates clinic materials as needed.
• Reports to Clinical Supervisor.

This role is a full-time, 40-hour/week schedule and eligible for benefits effective the first day of employment.

• Prepares patients for treatment by therapist.
• Assists therapists during therapy.
• Attends and actively participates in team meetings.
• Transfers and transports patients in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintains equipment and working area in clean, orderly condition.
• Occasionally cover front desk scheduling appointments, checking in patients and answering phones
• Conduct monthly inventory
• Makes clinic materials as needed
• Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience

• Experience working as a Rehab Aid 0-1 year preferred
