• High school diploma required; BLS certification provided courses with manikin check off.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); EPIC experience a plus.
• Must coordinate activities and organize work efficiently; evaluate and priorities.
• Capable of working independently within scope of authority.

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate therapists.
• Answer phones and schedule patients for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of pediatric rehab treatment rooms; dispose of dirty linen.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, supplies, messages, faxing paperwork, and forms.
