• EPIC experience is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate activities and organize work efficiently.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently within scope of authority.

Aufgaben

• Greet and direct patients, families, and guests to outpatient pediatric rehab staff.
• Schedule patients for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
• Answer phones, take messages, and distribute notifications.
• Maintain treatment room appearance and clean toys/linens as needed.
• Record patient information and assist with data for evaluations and treatments.
• Assist with basic therapy tasks under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Coordinate with rehab staff to plan, modify, and coordinate treatment programs.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, supplies, faxing, forms.
