ProMedica is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Toledo, OH, to guide patients through rehabilitation programs, establish recovery goals, and monitor progress. You will mentor OTAs, students and volunteers, participate in program development, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates with a two-year commitment, and a typical 40-hour work week in a dayshift rotation.

Formación

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT License in State of practice.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through a rehabilitation program to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with patients to establish goals and track progress during rehabilitation.
• Mentor OTAs, students and volunteers; participate in program development and performance improvement projects.
