Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital's Total Rehab - Monroe Outpatient is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time days shift. The position is on-site in Total Rehab, Monroe, with 40 hours per week and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates committing two years.

The OT will guide patients through a focused treatment program to restore, reinforce, and enhance daily performance, mentor OTAs, students and volunteers, and participate in program development and performance improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT License in State of practice.
• BLS

As patients work through physical rehabilitation, the Occupational Therapist will guide them through a treatment program to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Through collaboration with the patient, you will establish goals and track progress through their rehabilitation. This role allows you to be a mentor to OTAs, students and volunteers. You will also participate in program development, performance improvement projects and other committees. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Current OT License in State of practice BLS
