Qualifications

• Completion of fundamentals course from an approved nursing program, or equivalent certification or experience.
• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Ohio required.
• Current CPR certification (BLS for healthcare provider) required.

Responsabilités

• Collects, documents, and reports vital signs.
• Promotes patient safety and assists with procedures.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
• Ensures unit areas are stocked and clean; performs clerical tasks as needed.
• May train other staff or act as a preceptor.
