Job summary

Care Options for Kids in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Home Health RN to provide focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with high acuity at home. You’ll rely on your clinical judgment and build lasting relationships with the child and family.

This role values autonomy, continuity of care, and skilled nursing in a calm environment, with strong clinical support, PPE, and CDC-aligned safety protocols. Weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and career advancement

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Apply clinical judgment for high-acuity cases and maintain care plans.
• Build trusting relationships with patient and family while following physician orders.
• Ensure PPE use and CDC-aligned safety in every home visit.
