Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home health nursing with a focus on one-on-one patient care. In this role, you will work in the child’s home, using clinical judgment to manage high-acuity cases while building trust with families.

The position emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and support from a clinical team. Texas RN licensure and BLS CPR are required; experience with G-tube, trach, or vent is preferred or willingness to train is expected.

Qualifications

• Current BLS CPR card.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes.
