Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you’ll deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home, using clinical judgment with autonomy and building consistent relationships with the patient and family.

You’ll work with high-acuity pediatric patients, supported by a team and CDC-aligned safety practices. This position offers weekly pay, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k), and ongoing training to advance

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

Requirements
