Job summary

A children's healthcare organization in Chicago is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. This position requires Illinois RN licensure and experience in pediatric care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, documentation, and nursing support under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling are necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric, emergency care, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Experience in the care of complex pediatric patients.
• Ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality skilled nursing services to patients.
• Support physicians and other staff in patient care.
• Document patient care and status changes.
