Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist to design and implement recreational and social activities for children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

You will facilitate multiple groups daily, collaborate with an integrated treatment team, and maintain supplies and schedules. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience with behavioral disorders is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with behavior disorders preferred.
• Proficient with data collection and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and assigns clients to groups based on goals and functioning.
• Facilitates a minimum of 3 groups daily and records progress.
• Maintains inventory for supplies and event calendars.
• Collaborates with program supports to ensure therapeutic activities.
