Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical RN – Radiology to join our full-time nursing team. This role includes training across MRI, PET, X-ray, sedation, and pre-op areas, requiring 2+ years of ED, ICU, or Pre-op/PACU experience.

Three 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) Monday–Friday with on-call 2–3 shifts every 6 weeks. Arizona RN license and BLS certification are required; new grads are not considered.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN or Diploma Nursing degree required.
• 2+ years of ED, ICU, or Pre-op/PACU experience preferred.
• Arizona RN license or compact state with multistate privileges required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments across age groups and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team and families.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff in unit operations.
• Ensure medication storage and documentation standards are met.
• Assist in coordinating plan of care with the care team.
