Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Clinical RN – Radiology for a full-time role in Phoenix. Training across MRI, PET, X-ray, sedation, and Pre-op; requires 2+ years in ED/ICU/PACU; mainly three 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with on-call 2–3 shifts every 6 weeks.

As part of the nursing team, you will assess patients, document progress, educate families, mentor staff, and collaborate with care teams to implement care plans, while upholding standards and hospital goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of ED/ICU/Pre-op/PACU nursing experience.
• AZ RN license or compact licensure prior to start date.
• BLS certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessments across age groups to determine care needs.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with care teams and families.
• Ensures medication safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provides unit orientation and training to staff and students.
• Collaborates with care team to implement plans and participates in rounds.
• Mentors new employees and supports ongoing learning.

Two year ADN/BSN/Diploma Nursing
