Job summary

Miami Children's Hospital is seeking an RN Radiology for a full-time daytime role. The nurse will assess, implement, and supervise pediatric patient care within the radiology unit, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include documenting care plans in the EMR, obtaining consents, and educating patients and families about procedures, medications, and post-care instructions. Licensure and BLS are required; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in FL or multi-state compact (eNLC) in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification current and in good standing.
• PALS certification preferred and current within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and supervise patient care per unit policies.
• Communicate patient status and critical findings to physicians and care team.
• Document plan of care and medical history in EMR; obtain consents as needed.
