Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Manager of Radiology (Non-Ionizing) to lead the imaging sections, ensuring staff have resources, training, and leadership for top pediatric care. Leadership will drive cost-effective operations while upholding Joint Commission readiness and staff development programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Radiological Sciences or a technical diploma.
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Management preferred.
• Licenses: ARRT (S-ARRT), RDMS, MR-AR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of CT, MRI, Interventional, Ultrasound, and other imaging services.
• Ensures resources, staff training, and development to deliver pediatric imaging.
• Standardizes workflows and quality standards across the department.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and budgeting within department.
• Oversees compliance with Joint Commission and credentialing requirements.

Skills
