Position Description
Akron Children's Hospital Pediatric Radiology Department seeks a pediatric radiologist to work as a 100% remote "evening hawk" teleradiologist. The position follows a 1 week on / 2 weeks off schedule, with work hours from 3pm to 10pm EST. Responsibilities include interpreting pediatric imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and occasional MRI (including neuroradiology and body imaging cases), primarily from emergency, urgent care, and inpatient settings. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in pediatric radiology and hold or be able to obtain an Ohio medical license.
The listed position is 0.7 FTE, with options to negotiate up to 1.0 FTE.

Our collegial, private practice-style environment includes 15 pediatric radiologists with specialties in nighthawk, neuroradiology, interventional, and general pediatric radiology.
This is a 501(c)(3) site, eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
