Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Riverton's Southridge Clinic to perform diagnostic imaging, ensure high image quality, and uphold patient safety in a busy clinical setting.

You will collaborate with radiologists and care teams, follow protocols, and participate in quality assurance and safety programs. ARRT certification and BLS are required, with state licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state license if required.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• Ability to maintain patient safety and imaging quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams per department protocol.
• Verify patient identity and prepare for the exam.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist students and other staff with exam protocols and positioning.
• Educate patients and ensure comfort and address concerns.
• Maintain infection control and equipment care.
• Document procedures and monitor for adverse reactions.
