Job summary

The Quality and Safety Coordinator at the Medical University of South Carolina will support the Pediatric Quality Program within QAPI for CHW ICCE. You will collect, analyze, and disseminate quality data, benchmark performance, and lead multidisciplinary teams to drive improvement across governance groups.

Reporting to the Quality and Safety Manager for Children’s services, you will collaborate with stakeholders, support regulatory activities, and advance program standards to align with MUSC’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school with RN pediatric experience.
Master’s degree in nursing or clinical field with healthcare experience.
Strong knowledge in quality and performance improvement; PI program experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Pediatric Quality Program within QAPI for CHW ICCE.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate quality data; benchmark performance.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve performance based on goals.
Present performance to oversight and governance groups.
Support all QAPI, regulatory/accreditation activities and standards.
