Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

Schedule:

• Coverage needed beginning in December 2024, pending credentialing and payer enrollment, working 8a-8p with call split with the other Peds Pulmonologist in the office.
• The department is looking for one week per month availability.
• They would use the locums regularly for clinic through 2025, and potentially longer. This may or may not include call, depending on coverage from the others for weekend call, so most needs would be M-F for one week per month

• 1/6 - 1/13
• 1/20 - 1/27
• 2/3 - 2/10
• 2/17 - 2/24
• 3/3 - 3/10
• 3/15 - 3/24
• 4/7 - 4/21
