Cleveland Clinic Children’s is seeking an experienced Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner for the Pediatric Pulmonary Team. This full-time role is inpatient and outpatient, requiring strong communication and leadership to coordinate care across disciplines within the Pediatric Institute.

The ideal candidate has an MSN (acquired within 3 years for some hires), is licensed as an APRN in the relevant states, and holds national NP certification with BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on the

Qualificações

• MSN required upon hire or within 3 years for external hires and internal hires moving from a non-APRN licensed role to an APRN licensed role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• If in neonatal care service area Master’s Degree is required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Take medical histories and perform physical exams; develop diagnoses and care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed; coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as allowed by license and policy.
• Educate patients and families about diseases, treatments, and medications.
• Participate in rounds and discharge planning; ensure continuity of care.
