Cleveland Clinic Children’s is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Pediatric NP/Family NP/PA) for the Pediatric Pulmonary Team at the Main Campus in Cleveland. This full-time role is outpatient-focused, emphasizing leadership, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN and APRN certification, with preference for those who meet neonatal service area requirements.

Qualifications

• MSN required upon hire or within 3 years of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• If in neonatal care service area Master’s Degree is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough medical histories and physical examinations in collaboration with the health care team.
• Performs and interprets routine diagnostic procedures as credentialed and privileged by the Medical Executive Committee.
• Prescribes and monitors medications as allowed by license and Cleveland Clinic policies.
• Educates patients about disease, treatments, side effects, and hazards.
• Participates in medical team rounds and coordinates with multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality care.
• Works toward discharge planning, continuity of care, and adherence to regulatory standards.
