The role focuses on autonomous patient management for complex pediatric pulmonary conditions, under pulmonology supervision, with family education and device training including home care transition.

New Grad Rate listed at $136,500 per year. Scheduled hours are 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or higher and completion of accredited Advanced Practice Education Program; TX BON authorization must be consistent with clinical practice.
• ARC-PA accredited PA program completed for PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and treats pediatric pulmonary patients, develops and manages treatment plans.
• Performs advanced procedures and conducts comprehensive examinations by age and diagnosis.
• Orders/ interprets labs, imaging, and studies; collaborates with pulmonologist for patient care and education.
