Job summary

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed physical therapist, administers therapy and plans, organizes, and implements a PT program for patients.
• Documents patient progress, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in the chart.
• Primarily works with pediatric outpatients, with flex to cover inpatient and adult services as needed.
