Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings in Bentonville, Arkansas. This unique position offers the opportunity to support children across a variety of environments, helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, endurance, and participation in daily activities.
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy services in school and outpatient settings.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and care planning as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
