Zusammenfassung

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team in Orlando, FL. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, offering schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve motor skills and developmental outcomes while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Active FL Physical Therapy License (PTA) required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding progress and care plans.
