Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a PT Pediatric therapist to provide outpatient services for pediatric patients in an acute care hospital setting. The role requires at least one year of pediatric PT experience and an active California PT license with BLS certification.

The therapist will work independently, manage a patient caseload, document progress in Epic, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and recovery. 50-mile radius living requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Must hold California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently with pediatric patients.
• Proficient in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric PT assessments and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
• Work independently to manage patient caseload.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies including infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain licensure and certifications required for practice.
