Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients in Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Hutto.

You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies to support mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting. We offer flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles, comprehensive training, and supportive, mission-driven teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license required.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and children.
• Ability to develop customized home treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.
• Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function.
• Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.
• Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.
