THERAPY 2000 seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve families in the Little Elm / Frisco / The Colony area from our Frisco-based DFW division. You will perform PT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and create home exercise programs with caregivers while coordinating with other providers.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Physical Therapy license.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care among providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Engage with agency personnel to align on expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable laws for home-health pediatric PT.
