Connect Pediatrics in the Addison/Carrollton, TX area is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide in-home therapy and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. A Texas PT license and current BLS/CPR are required; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid, active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients.
• Engage with families, providing updates on goals for the child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and plan changes.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss progress.
