Honeybee Hires is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in Bellevue or Issaquah, WA, with a salary range of $85,000–$110,000 and options for full or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Active (or pending) Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Growth-minded and committed to clinical excellence.
• Experience working with infants is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Support ongoing clinical learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Empower caregivers with practical strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture.
