Butterfly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our Bellevue & Issaquah clinical team. You will provide child-led, evidence-based occupational therapy, designing individualized plans and collaborating with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Enjoys working with children and their families.
• Thinks beyond protocols to deliver individualized, evidence-informed care.
• Values teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Motivated to continue learning and developing clinical expertise.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based, child-led occupational therapy to children with diverse developmental needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and goals.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and families to create cohesive care plans.
• Participate in clinical mentoring, case discussions, and continuing education.
• Contribute ideas to improve programs and patient experience.
• Build lasting relationships with families while maintaining a sustainable caseload.
